You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To request a return, contact us at gaious-team@outlook.com before sending the product back. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Products sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.
## Return Eligibility
Products must be returned in reasonable condition and with proof of purchase.
Please include all applicable parts, accessories, instructions, and original packaging when possible. Return eligibility may depend on the product condition and order details.
Sale and discounted products are eligible for return under the same return policy.
## Return Shipping Cost
For eligible returns delivered within the United States, we provide a return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
Please do not ship an item before receiving return instructions from our customer support team.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

## Refunds
